The
warranty on the Pro-Line
Central Vacuum System to the original purchaser is as follows: the power unit
body shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship from the date of
purchase until such time that the original consumer purchaser ceases to own the
system or until the system is removed from its original installation, whichever
occurs first. The motor and electrical components in the H1001, H2000, H3000,
H1004, PL4000
power units are warranted for 10 years.
The motor and electrical components in an H500 are warranted for 5 years.
Motor filters, hoses, power-brushes and accessory tools are warranted for
3 years including belts and bulbs. Labor
for installation on all warranted items will be at no cost to the original
purchaser for 1 year.
This
warranty does not cover damage due to loss from normal wear and
tear, neglect, abuse, commercial use, acts of God, accidents, improper use or
improper installation.
This
is the sole and exclusive warranty of Pro-Line Inc.
Implied warranties including implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited
warranty period.
Should
any defect in material or workmanship appear within the above warranty, the
selling Pro-Line
Dealer should be contacted.
The Dealer shall repair or replace (at Pro-Lines sole discretion) such
part or parts in accordance with the applicable warranty period stated above.
Pro-Line Inc. shall not be responsible for such service unless provided
by an authorized Pro-Line
Dealer utilizing authentic
Pro-Line
replacement parts. Pro-Line Inc. shall not be responsible for any consequential,
incidental or special damages arising from use of this Pro-Line Central Vacuum System.
Some
states do not allow exclusion of warranties or limitations of damages, so the
above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
These warranties give you specific legal rights, which vary from state to
state. This limited warranty applies to USA installations only.
